Individual Therapy
I work with clients on a one-on-one basis to get a thorough understanding of your presenting issues. You will receive an individualized approach to help you reach your goals.
The level of analysis and treatment in individual therapy can be more comprehensive compared to family or group therapy. The pace is tailored to you as an individual - it can be sped up in cases for more focused interventions, or slowed down a bit if you need just a little more time to adjust and work through the therapeutic process.

Couples Therapy
Feeling lost, frustrated or disconnected from your relationship? Wondering how you, as a couple, ended up in this state? When these feelings arise, individuals often turn to destructive ways of communicating, harmful habits, and detached intimacy. These symptoms can show up in the form of fighting, having unrealistic expectations of each other, and/or putting negative pressures on one another - all of which can compromise your relationship. These behaviours can set in quickly and form patterns which can spin a web of other feelings - resentment, guilt, anger and disappointment. When these patterns are repeated, some start to wonder if there is a way out. Not so fast - I’m here to help you.
In couples therapy, I will work with you and your partner/spouse to untangle these web of emotions in safe space where you’re both able to express yourselves in a respectful manner. Together, we will work through the difficult patterns in your relationship to land at a place of shared empathy. By working together, you will begin to gain insight into your romantic relationship, learn to resolve conflict, address a specific issue (i.e. sexual difficulties, jealousy), and improve overall relationship satisfaction. As a couple, I will provide you with solution-focused and change-oriented interventions and help you establish clear treatment objectives to meet your relationship goals.
